Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Equity Analyst to support end-to-end administration of equity compensation programs, ESPP, and related controls. The role partners with Legal, Finance, Payroll and HR to ensure accurate, compliant processing and timely reporting.

Based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule, you will drive process improvements using automation and AI while maintaining strong data integrity and audit readiness across global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, HR or related field.
• Minimum five years in analytical/financial reporting/SOX in a public company.
• Minimum three years hands-on equity compensation administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day activities for global equity programs and ESPP.
• Own equity event processing from prep to completion including grants, vestings, releases and exercises.
• Validate data before processing and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Prepare information for securities filings and Form 4 filings with Legal.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile monthly/quarterly equity data and support accounting.
• Prepare SOX control reconciliations and support audits and readiness.
• Maintain Fidelity data and HR/payroll integrations for accuracy.
• Use AI, automation and data tools to improve reconciliations and reduce risk.
• Develop documentation, controls and readiness materials for continuity and audits.
• Coordinate procurement, invoices and vendor payments for Equity teams.
