Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business field.
• 4+ years in stock administration or equity compensation.
• CEP credential or ability to obtain within two years after hire.
• Public company experience.
• Knowledge of international equity plans and cross-border tax compliance.
• Strong communication and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer equity plans including options, RSUs, and ESPP with compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for equity inquiries on vesting, taxes, and exercise.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, payroll, and HR to process grants and transfers.
• Prepare and distribute equity-related reports and communications.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and international tax requirements.
