Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Stock Administrator for an on-site role in New York. You will support the day-to-day administration of our equity plans (ISO/NQS, RSUs/PSUs, ESPP) and collaborate with People & Culture, Accounting and Payroll to keep programs running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 2+ years of equity compensation experience in a public company, proficiency with Shareworks and Oracle HRIS, and strong Excel skills. CEP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 2+ years of equity compensation plan administration in a public company.
• Experience with Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and Oracle HRIS preferred.
• CEP certification helpful but not required.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of US federal and state taxation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with equity plan participants regarding vesting, transactions, enrollment, and general inquiries.
• Maintain and update FAQ documents and training materials for participants.
• Assist with day-to-day administration of ISO/NQS, RSUs/PSUs & ESPP.
• Contribute to development of equity-related policies and procedures.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to propose process improvements and automation.
• Stay current with regulations and trends in equity compensation.
• Assist the Director of Stock Administration with special projects.
