Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Stock Administrator to support the equity programs for a fast-growing real estate platform. This on-site role collaborates with People & Culture, Accounting and Payroll to ensure accurate and compliant equity operations.

The role requires 2+ years of equity compensation experience, familiarity with Shareworks and Oracle HRIS, and a strong focus on customer-friendly service. CEP is preferred but not required; Excel/Sheets skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 2+ years of equity compensation plan administration in a public company.
• Experience with Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and Oracle HRIS.
• CEP certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understanding of US federal and state taxation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with equity plan participants about vesting, transactions, enrollment and inquiries.
• Maintain and update participant FAQ documents and training materials.
• Assist with day-to-day administration of ISO/NQs, RSUs/PSUs & ESPP plans.
• Contribute to the development of equity-related policies and procedures.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to propose process improvements and automation.
• Stay current with regulations and industry trends related to equity compensation.
• Assist the Director of Stock Administration with special projects.
