Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Equity Administration to lead the global equity lifecycle, optimize systems, and ensure compliance across SEC, IRS, SOX, and global securities laws.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Payroll, manage Deferred Compensation, and support executives with equity-related insights. Hybrid work is required with in-office presence in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing equity administration, including experience with stock-based awards.
• Experience administering Deferred Compensation plans.
• Experience using equity administration platforms.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, implementation and maintenance.
• Strong verbal and communication skills across the organization; ability to convey equity insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Equity Cycle: lead end-to-end global equity lifecycle operations (grants, vesting, exercises, settlements, tax withholding).
• Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across HRIS, ADP, Morgan Stanley.
• Architect a rigid internal control framework and drive reconciliations for data integrity and compliance with SEC, IRS, SOX, and global laws.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Corporate Tax, external auditors and tax advisors for quarterly/year-end activities and regulatory filings.
• Provide expert, timely equity-related support to employees and executives; handle inquiries and reporting.
• Administer Director and Executive Deferred Compensation Plans (enrollments, elections, vesting, distributions).
• Develop and deliver communications and training for employees and executives and contribute to new programs.
