Job summary

1st Source Corporation in Indiana seeks an experienced Sales professional to solicit and develop new client relationships and fund loans for Specialty Finance clients. You will manage ongoing sales relationships, funding, and onboarding, while driving portfolio growth and cross-selling opportunities.

Travel to off-site locations and collaboration with Deposit, Credit, Loan Operations, and Accounting teams are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; MBA and CLFP certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Experience in commercial equipment finance is preferred.
• Proven record of new business generation.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong PC skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop new customer relationships in assigned market areas.
• Manage ongoing sales relationships, funding and onboarding of loans.
• Drive portfolio growth and credit quality in collaboration with team members.
• Coordinate with Deposit, Credit, Loan Operations, and Accounting to service clients.
• Evaluate client finances, collateral value, and management effectiveness.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Develop and maintain Pipeline Report; follow up with prospective clients.
• Utilize InSight pipeline system for leads, referrals, and opportunities.
