• Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal service partners and customers.
• Customer service oriented; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth and management of a portfolio of large sized business and complex accounts (typically $25–$40MM).
• Analyzes and approves credits within prescribed limits; recommends action on credits exceeding loan limits.
• Documents bank/customer relationships and commitments; retains and strengthens current relationships and seeks new business.
• Reviews bank exposure and account profitability; performs timely financial reviews.
• Complies with loan policies, procedures and legal requirements; travels to off-site locations as needed.
