Job summary

1st Source Corporation in Indiana seeks a senior sales professional to solicit and develop loans for new and existing clients, fund and onboard loans, and manage ongoing client services. You will collaborate across Deposit, Credit, Loan Operations and Accounting to grow the portfolio and hit targets.

Frequent travel is required; a valid driver’s license is essential. Bachelor’s degree with equipment finance experience is preferred; CLFP, MBA are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience in commercial equipment finance preferred.
• Proven record of new business generation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop new customer relationships in assigned market areas.
• Manage ongoing sales relationships, funding, and boarding loans.
• Drive portfolio growth, depository targets, and credit quality with the team.
• Collaborate with Deposit Officer, Credit, Loan Operations and Accounting.
• Evaluate client financials, collateral value, and management competency.
• Identify cross selling opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Develop and maintain Pipeline Report; follow up on prospects.
• Utilize InSight (Salesforce) for leads, referrals, opportunities and follow ups.
• Supervise staff if applicable and participate in staffing decisions.
