Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and profitability of assigned Banking Center.
• Leads weekly/monthly branch sales meetings.
• Ensures policies, procedures and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Supervises and counsels staff on performance and development.
• Drives sales, builds client relationships, and directs referrals to channels.
• Participates in community events and represents the bank locally.
