Job summary

1st Source Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Specialist I for the South Bend, IN area. The role focuses on supporting RSOs and clients in Auto/Light Truck & Medium/Heavy Truck divisions, coordinating funding requests, and ensuring timely funding.

The position requires strong communication, collaboration with multiple departments, and willingness to travel as needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred with weekend coverage for special projects.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant business experience preferred.
• Prior documentation, credit, accounting, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, pricing software, CRM (InSight).

Responsibilities

• Support Division President, RSOs, and clients in daily sales activities.
• Assist RSOs with funding requests and underwriting requirements.
• Review loan/lease approvals and enter funding requests in InSight.
• Coordinate across Credit, Loan Operations, and Accounting to expedite client requests.
• Respond to client requests in a timely manner and assist with cross-selling opportunities.
