You will manage coverage analysis, investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and resolutions with advanced technical skills and minimal supervision, contributing to strategic claim outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; typically 8+ years of professional experience in claims or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills in high-stakes situations; ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent decision-making with sound judgment and strategic thinking in complex scenarios.
• Clear, effective communication skills; professional written and verbal interaction.
• Maintains relationships across diverse perspectives and collaborates across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex claims with significant financial exposure and expert-level knowledge.
• Negotiate settlements on large, sensitive losses with strategies to mitigate risk.
• Provide strategic consultation on large claims and support staff and independent adjusters.
• Communicate with leadership and provide updates on claim developments and trends.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, legal, agents, vendors and other stakeholders.
