Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, HR or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in employment law, risk management or EPL insurance.
• Background handling EPL claims as a claim professional or defending EPL claims as an attorney.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims.
• Investigate claims through various channels and coordinate with attorneys and business partners.
• Present claims and trends to leadership, discussing coverage, liability and exposure.
• Analyze information to determine exposure and negotiate claims within authority.
• Provide reports to leadership and reinsurers on significant exposure cases.
• Assist with trials and coordinate referrals and updates to reinsurers.
