Job summary

Prominence Advisors, Inc. seeks a Senior Epic Willow Analyst to serve as the primary Willow Inpatient expert and primary support contact for a health system.

You will configure, build, and support pharmacy workflows, acting as a technical leader for the clinical applications team through project work, go-live, and ongoing operations. The role requires hands-on Willow experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to deliver projects remotely.

Qualifications

• Expertise with Epic Willow Inpatient workflows.
• Ability to mentor customer teams and guide projects to successful outcomes.
• Proven experience delivering Epic projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Willow Inpatient expert and contact for the customer.
• Configure, build, install, and support Willow Inpatient workflows.
• Analyze pharmacy and clinical workflows and document requirements.
• Document operational specs and application functionality in detail.
• Assess Epic releases and update configurations accordingly.
• Conduct system testing and data validation for conversions.
• Develop internal procedures and change control processes.
• Create training materials and train end users on workflows.
• Troubleshoot user questions during go-live and support periods.
• Act as technical resource for senior staff on performance and policies.
• Participate in additional duties to deliver projects.
