Zusammenfassung

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Epic Willow Application Analyst/Builder to support Ambulatory Pharmacy in a fully remote, direct-hire role across eligible U.S. states. Hands-on Willow build, configuration, and cross-functional leadership are required.

Ideal candidates hold Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory certifications, can mentor peers, drive workflow improvements, and translate business needs into effective application solutions for clinical and operational teams.

Qualifikationen

Hands-on experience building, configuring, and supporting Epic applications.
Epic Willow Ambulatory certification – required.
Epic Willow Inventory certification – required.
3–5 years of application support experience.
Experience serving as an application lead, technical lead, or equivalent leadership role.
Ability to analyze workflows and develop effective solutions.

Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow applications.
Evaluate and optimize workflows for efficiency and end-user experience.
Translate business needs into Epic solutions.
Coordinate discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements.
