Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking three Epic Willow Inpatient Analysts for a contract, remote role supporting our healthcare client’s Willow Inpatient module implementations and optimizations.

Qualified candidates are Epic Willow Inpatient certified with hands-on experience in inpatient pharmacy workflows and multi‑facility Epic projects. The position offers 100% remote work with a competitive hourly rate of $75–$90 and a focus on Willow modules like Home Infusion, Willow Inventory, and TPA.

Qualifications

• Current Epic Willow Inpatient certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with Willow Inpatient build, configuration, support, and optimization.
• Understanding of inpatient/acute care pharmacy workflows within Epic.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, build, configuration, testing, and optimization of Epic Willow Inpatient functionality.
• Participate in multiple upcoming Epic pharmacy implementations (Home Infusion, Willow Inventory, TPA).
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate to effective Epic solutions.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Perform build, configuration, testing, workflow validation, and issue resolution.
• Assist with readiness and go-live activities for new Willow functionality.
• Collaborate with the Willow team and provide SME on inpatient pharmacy workflows.
• Develop and maintain application documentation for system changes.
