Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory & Inventory Analyst for a contractual, 100% remote engagement supporting a large Epic implementation with go-live targeted for March/April 2027. The role focuses on ground-up Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory build, testing, go-live, and stabilization.

This remote contract requires Willow certifications and strong knowledge of ambulatory workflows; travel may be required around go-live.

Qualifications

Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is required.
Epic Willow Inventory certification is required.
Hands-on experience building Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory from the ground up.
Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows.
Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable, responsive, and focused on the Epic implementation.

Responsibilities

Build and configure Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory for a new implementation.
Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and design workflows.
Configure medication, inventory, and related pharmacy functionality.
Develop and execute testing, validate build, and resolve defects.
Support implementation readiness, cutover, and the March/April 2027 go-live.
Troubleshoot Willow build and workflow issues.
Maintain documentation of build decisions, configurations, and workflows.
Provide consistent project updates and weekly status reporting.
