Everforth Apex seeks an Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant for a remote 6-month contract to support a large healthcare technology initiative. You will bring Willow Inpatient certification and lead design, build, testing, validation and go-live activities across inpatient workflows.

Responsibilities include optimizing medication dispensing and verification, order set configuration, Home Infusion/TPA modules, and collaboration with clinicians and pharmacy teams.

Qualifications

• Willow Inpatient certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of Epic Willow experience.
• Multiple Epic implementation or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Willow Inpatient applications.
• Participate in system design, build, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Lead and support workflows related to medication dispensing, verification, and order set configuration and optimization.
• Support implementation efforts involving Home Infusion Module and TPA Module.
• Collaborate with clinicians, pharmacy teams, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Document system design, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Provide end-user education and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting, optimization, and post-implementation support activities.
