Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst to advance the functionality and operational efficiency of Epic Willow Ambulatory applications across retail, specialty, and home health pharmacy environments. You will partner with pharmacy staff, operations leaders, and technical teams to enhance workflows and support system upgrades.

The role requires certification and 4 years of healthcare IT experience, with a focus on Epic Willow Ambulatory.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience with Healthcare Information Systems or equivalent
• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification preferred and build experience
• Experience with Epic upgrades, maintenance, and application support
• Pharmacy experience in ambulatory settings is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Translates user and department Epic system needs into technical solutions.
• Performs intermediate to advanced analysis, design, building, testing and implementation of Epic and related systems.
• Provides ongoing Epic support, troubleshooting and user training.
• Assists with project coordination, documentation and status reporting.
• Maintains required standards for technical development and information management
