UNC Health in North Carolina is seeking an IT professional to provide high-level technical support for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia workflows within surgical services. The role includes development, testing, integration, and implementation of applications and interfaces, plus project management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities emphasize troubleshooting, documenting changes, and collaborating to optimize workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field is required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills are required.
• Experience with IT systems and/or operational environments is expected.

Mansioni

• Assists other IT teams with product/tool evaluations to ensure enterprise-wide requirements are met.
• Develops and maintains clear documentation for programs, solutions, reports and interfaces.
• Evaluates requests and designs feasible solutions for new or modified software and interfaces; plans and documents steps to achieve requirements.
• Acts as a technical consultant to the health system and supports system-wide initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Updates management and stakeholders on progress and issues in a timely manner.
