Job summary

InterScripts is seeking an experienced Epic OpTime & Anesthesia Analyst to join our IT healthcare team in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will implement, configure, support, and optimize Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules, collaborating with perioperative staff, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Epic OpTime Certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Epic OpTime & Anesthesia modules.
• Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing and production support.
• Strong understanding of perioperative workflows and anesthesia documentation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support the Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications.
• Gather and analyze business and clinical requirements from perioperative stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic OpTime and Anesthesia enhancements.
• Support operating room scheduling, surgical workflows, anesthesia documentation, and perioperative processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and projects.
• Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and UAT.
• Develop build documentation, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with other Epic analysts to ensure integration across clinical modules.
