Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support and optimize care management workflows, partnering with care managers, clinical leadership and informatics to implement scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include testing, incident handling, and project work across care settings, with up-to-date Epic best practices to benefit patients and providers. Requires Epic Healthy Planet Certification and 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet development and configuration experience.
• Familiar with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures and risk adjustment.
• Build experience with Epic modules (Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Develop test plans and handle incidents, enhancements and projects.
