Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead design, build, and optimization of Epic solutions for population health, care coordination, and Healthy Planet workflows. You will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to translate program strategies into scalable Epic configurations.

You will mentor junior analysts, drive testing and governance, partner with reporting teams, and help ensure accurate data feeds to dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of Epic experience, with substantial hands‑on work in Healthy Planet and/or care coordination/care management modules.
• Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, Ambulatory or related modules required or strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience designing workflows for population health, care management, or value-based care programs.
• Strong understanding of transitions-of-care processes and cross-continuum care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Healthy Planet registries, care plans, care teams, and health maintenance topics.
• Configure and optimize risk stratification tools, care gap identification, and outreach workflows within Healthy Planet.
• Lead testing and validation of Healthy Planet builds for registry logic, care plan triggers, and reporting outputs.
