CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead the design, build, and optimization of Epic solutions for Healthy Planet and Care Coordination. You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with clinical leadership to translate program strategy into scalable Epic workflows.

You will design registries, care plans, care teams, and health maintenance topics; optimize risk stratification and care gaps; and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable data feeds and dashboards across the care

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, information systems, nursing, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of Epic experience with Healthy Planet or care coordination modules.
• Epic certification in Healthy Planet/Care Everywhere preferred.
• Experience designing workflows for population health or value-based care.
• Strong understanding of transitions-of-care processes across care settings.
