Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead the design, build, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet and care coordination solutions. You will mentor analysts, partner with clinical leadership, and translate program goals into scalable Epic configurations.

You will drive workflow design, testing, and stakeholder collaboration across care management and population health programs, ensuring accurate reporting and governance throughout releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health/IT field.
• 4+ years of Epic experience with Healthy Planet or care coordination modules.
• Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, Ambulatory or related modules preferred.
• Experience designing workflows for population health and care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet solutions and care coordination workflows.
• Design, optimize, and validate registry logic, care plans, and care team configurations; ensure accurate reporting outputs.
• Partner with care management, population health, and clinical leadership to translate program strategy into scalable Epic solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and review deliverables; support documentation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with reporting teams to enable dashboards and quality/outcomes reporting; participate in release planning and change control.
