Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead design, build, and optimization of Epic solutions for Healthy Planet and Care Coordination. You will mentor junior analysts and partner with clinical leadership to translate program goals into scalable Epic configurations.

You will design population health workflows, manage risk stratification, and ensure accurate reporting across registries, care plans, and interoperability features while supporting governance and agile delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field.
4+ years of Epic experience, esp. Healthy Planet or care management.
Epic certification in Healthy Planet or Care Everywhere preferred.
Experience designing workflows for population health or value-based care.
Strong transitions-of-care and cross-continuum knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize Healthy Planet registries, care plans, and health maintenance.
Configure risk stratification tools and care gap workflows.
Lead testing and validation of Healthy Planet builds.
Design care coordination workflows and improve interoperability.
Partner with care teams to streamline documentation and communications.
Manage backlogs and support release planning.
