Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead design, build, and optimization of Epic solutions for population health management, care coordination, and Healthy Planet workflows. The role partners with clinical leadership to translate program strategy into scalable Epic configurations and provides mentorship to junior analysts.

Responsibilities include building Healthy Planet registries, care plans, risk stratification, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics or related field.
• 4+ years of Epic experience in Healthy Planet and/or care coordination modules.
• Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, Ambulatory or related modules preferred.
• Experience designing workflows for population health or value-based care.
• Understanding transitions-of-care across care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and optimization of Epic solutions for population health and care coordination.
• Mentor junior analysts and review build work prior to release.
• Partner with care management, clinical leadership, and governance committees.
• Ensure accurate reporting and interoperability across care settings.
• Manage backlogs and release planning in agile tools.
