CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.

In this role you will drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives, leveraging Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile methods to improve healthcare delivery

Qualifications

7-10 years of product management and healthcare informatics experience.
Deep Epic expertise with hands-on Epic software experience.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Proven Leader with strategic decision-making and resource coordination.
Highly collaborative cross-functional partner with senior-level stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset; uses analytics to measure product impact.
Strong change management and user adoption skills.

Responsibilities

Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the portfolio.
Own full product lifecycle from ideation through prototyping, build, test, and go-live.
Define features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Translate strategic informatics goals into actionable product requirements and plans.
Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align roadmaps.
Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in agile sprints.
Develop risk and issue logs with escalation and resolution paths.
Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
Deliver executive-level product status, risk, and decision reporting.
Support Epic release readiness and training/change management activities.
Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product talent.
