Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking a Beaker-certified Senior Application Advisor - Managed Services to provide expert Epic EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting for Nordic clients. You will oversee customer engagements and mentor other team members across multiple engagements.

You will guide teams through complex workflows, ensure system integrity, and manage ticketing, change control, and documentation to meet SLAs. Travel and on-call rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Beaker certification is required.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting Epic modules.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; can simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; manage multiple projects.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and prior project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting to ensure Epic applications' integrity, integration, and stability.
• Translate customer requests into detailed requirements, and perform system build and testing.
• Lead application management across engagements and oversee ticketing and updates.
• Document processes and maintain SLAs while resolving issues.
• Guide customer and internal teams through change management and communications.
• Mentor and onboard new team members; share knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel as needed (up to 10%).
