Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Manager – Epic Application Management to lead and mentor a diverse team, delivering expert EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting for Nordic clients. You will influence workforce planning and provide strategic direction with Managed Services leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in EHR modules, strong Revenue Cycle PB focus, ITIL knowledge, and proven leadership. Expect cross-functional collaboration, on-call rotations, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of associates and analysts to deliver expert-level EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Lead and coordinate multiple client engagements with Director and C-level stakeholders.
• Monitor team output and provide performance feedback against SLAs and metrics.
