Job summary

Nordic is seeking an experienced Senior Application Advisor to support EpicCare Ambulatory for complex healthcare customers. You will troubleshoot, analyze, and implement changes across EHR and integrated systems, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in EHR, ITIL familiarity, and strong communication. You may travel up to 10% and participate in on-call rotations; Nordic values teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic's maxims.
• Proven ability to apply problem solving and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; persuasive across all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
• Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
• Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and project management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity and stability of EHR applications for complex customers.
• Analyze issues, translate needs into detailed requirements, perform system builds and testing.
• Anticipate impact of changes across applications and systems.
• Lead system audits and upgrades for improvements and efficiencies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to IT and operations staff and end users.
• Document processes and maintain updated tickets with SLA adherence.
• Follow change control policies for migrations of builds and configurations.
• Support onboarding and guidance to new team members on client configurations.
