Job summary

Nordic seeks a Senior Application Advisor - Managed Services to deliver expert Epic EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for Nordic clients. You will oversee customer engagements and mentor other team members, guiding internal and customer teams to resolution.

The role requires 5+ years of Epic experience, Grand Central and RTE certifications; Epic Prelude certification and/or experience preferred. Strong communication, ITIL knowledge, and travel up to 10% are required.

Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central and RTE certification (required)
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (required)
• Epic Prelude certification and/or experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting Epic modules
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (incl. C-suite)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes; prior management, project management, and system implementation experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure integrity, integration, and stability of Epic applications for Nordic's complex customers
• Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into detailed specs, and performing system builds and testing
• Anticipate impact of changes to other applications and manage those impacts
• Oversee onboarding of new team members and orient them to client configurations and processes
• Explain complex setups to internal staff and customer leadership
• Create documentation to enable consistent process execution
• Mentor team members in technical and soft skills, provide feedback for improvement
