Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Business System Analysis Senior Specialist to join our Clinical Service Desk. This role is remote in the United States and requires extensive Epic clinical workflow expertise.

You will respond to incidents, drive resolutions to meet SLAs, mentor service desk staff, and contribute to knowledge management and training content while staying current with Epic configurations and changes.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR system integration.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare systems‑customer service experience.
• 5+ years clinical care delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client incidents and requests regarding Epic clinical workflows and related issues.
• Proactively manage incidents/requests and drive resolution to meet SLAs.
• Assist and mentor service desk staff.
• Develop knowledge management and training content for staff.
• Analyze closed incidents to improve the knowledge base.
• Understand latest Epic configurations and changes.
