Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III to lead advanced analytics, workflow design, and optimization across the Epic program. You will coordinate enterprise initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure readiness for go-lives and upgrades.

You will work closely with operational leaders, governance bodies, and vendors, maintaining standards for testing, change control, and data validation. The role requires Epic certification and travel, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field; advanced education preferred.
• 7–8 years of direct clinical or healthcare IT experience with complex Epic implementations.
• Epic certification required or to be obtained within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design across Epic platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional incidents, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Plan and lead large, complex Epic projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Serve as senior liaison to operational leaders, governance bodies, and vendors.
• Establish standards for design, testing, change control, and production support.
