Job summary

Northwell Health is seeking a skilled Epic analyst to lead analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic EHR applications across inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will resolve complex issues and mentor junior team members while aligning solutions with business goals.

This role requires collaboration with agile teams, liaising with project teams, and delivering training materials to support implementation and post-launch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
• Epic certification, required.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis of current workflows, system functionality, and data; designs and optimizes Epic IT solutions.
• Resolves highly complex, cross-functional issues as primary technical resource for Epic modules.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into Epic designs.
• Mentors junior analysts and ensures adherence to standards and best practices.
• Identifies opportunities for strategic enhancements and system optimizations across projects.
• Coordinates activities with Epic support and external partners to manage complex issues.
