Job summary
Remedy Staffing seeks an experienced IT/Sr Application Services Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize healthcare applications in a fast-paced environment. The role acts as a subject matter expert for application analysis, design, implementation, and support, with a focus on Epic and related systems.
The analyst will analyze workflows, configure and troubleshoot interfaces, test upgrades, and develop documentation while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Health Informatics or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with application analysis, implementation or support (4+ years).
- Epic experience preferred; Epic certification required or obtainable within timelines.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and clinical workflows to identify system improvements.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot applications and interfaces.
- Test upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve efficiency and patient care.
- Mentor junior analysts and support technology initiatives.
