Job summary

You will collaborate with application managers, project teams, and end users to tailor Epic modules to the organization's ambulatory operations, ensuring quality, documentation, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• To qualify you must have effective oral, written communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and desktop tool usage (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and BA/BS Degree or equivalent; must maintain certification in at least 1 Epic application.

Responsibilities

• Work with Application Managers/Directors and the Project Team to collect, analyze and document business operations and workflow.
• Participate in disaster recovery measures.
• Support meetings and facilitate where needed.
• Ensure quality assurance processes including change management and testing are followed.
• Provide on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.
• Demonstrate understanding of interface requirements and testing.
• Analyze new functionality in new releases to identify impact.
• Communicate effectively across all impacted teams about task assignments.
• Support training by keeping trainers informed of new functionality and changes.
• Ensure test scripts reflect proposed workflows and are kept updated.
• Make recommendations, review and test changes and each new release.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide user support; on-call on a rotating basis.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with Epic using Sherlock or appropriate tools.
