Northwell Health seeks an Epic EHR Analyst to lead analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization of complex Epic applications. You will independently resolve advanced cross-functional issues and drive significant enhancements that align with business objectives.

You’ll mentor junior analysts, collaborate with diverse stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Epic designs, and coordinate with Epic support teams to resolve complex problems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant Epic experience required.
• Epic certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis of current workflows, system functionality, and data; design and optimize complex Epic IT solutions.
• Act as primary technical resource for assigned Epic modules; resolve highly complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into Epic designs; develop procedures and best practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to ensure standards.
• Analyze new Epic functionality; identify opportunities for enhancements and optimization.
• Coordinate activities with Epic technical support and external partners to manage complex issues.
