Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking an experienced Epic Senior Analyst to support EpicCare Ambulatory, Kaleidoscope, and Bones applications within a healthcare environment. The role focuses on implementation, configuration, workflow optimization, testing, production support, and integration with clinical and administrative systems.

You will work with clinical stakeholders, physicians, operational teams, trainers, and analysts to improve Epic functionality and patient care workflows, lead testing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Active EpicCare Ambulatory certification.
• Active Epic Kaleidoscope certification.
• Active Epic Bones certification.
• At least five years of relevant experience in healthcare or healthcare-related organization.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, implementing, and supporting Epic applications.
• Experience with testing, workflow documentation, production support, and issue resolution.
• Strong operational, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve complex application and workflow problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, technical, and operational teams.
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train junior analysts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work outside normal hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, modification, and maintenance of Epic applications.
• Build and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory, Kaleidoscope, and Bones workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize configuration, functionality, and access.
• Serve as a primary support contact for application users.
• Lead all phases of application testing and workflow documentation.
• Analyze clinical work processes and determine how changes affect workflows.
• Identify issues and guide the team through resolution.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to junior Epic analysts.
• Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, system releases, and production launches.
