Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Epic certification required.

Responsabilités

• Leads comprehensive analysis of current state workflows, system functionality and data; designs, builds and optimizes Epic IT solutions with latitude in objectives.
• Independently evaluates and resolves highly complex, cross-functional application-related problems; acts as primary technical resource for Epic modules.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into Epic designs; develops internal procedures and best practices.
• Mentors and provides technical guidance to junior analysts, fostering development and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Analyzes new Epic functionality and identifies opportunities for strategic enhancements and process improvements impacting multiple projects.
• Coordinates activities with Epic technical support and external partners to manage complex issues through resolution.
