Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead Epic-based application development initiatives. You will coordinate teams, define requirements, and ensure quality across projects impacting patient care and clinical workflows.

You will drive documentation, testing, and governance, while partnering with clinical and business stakeholders to deliver robust Epic solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications from the listed options.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements to technical specs.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Work with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades, system changes and environment maintenance.
