Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to steer design, configuration, and optimization across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will partner with clinicians, informatics, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable Epic solutions aligned with workflows and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare Informatics or related field
• 7+ years of Epic EHR experience including hands-on build and configuration
• Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations
• Experience leading complex Epic projects or large-scale implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned Epic modules
• Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes
• Guide development and support of Epic integrations (HL7, FHIR, Bridges, Interconnect, APIs)
• Translate clinical and operational needs into technical Epic solutions
• Support go-lives, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization
