Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IT Development Senior Manager on the Epic team to oversee application development, guide projects, and ensure alignment with clinical workflows. You will coordinate cross-functional resources, set standards, and drive quality initiatives in a fast-growing healthcare IT environment.

The role requires extensive Epic experience, management skills, and collaboration with providers, PMs, SMEs, and vendors to deliver robust enterprise solutions across ambulatory workflows.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in IT/project leadership.
• Two or more Epic Certifications from the list (Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, identify business and functional requirements, translate to technical specs.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future workflows are clearly defined.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Document business and functional requirements, system specifications, and testing attributes.
