Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development to lead Epic initiatives within a large IT organization. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams from clinical, technical, and vendor resources to deliver scalable healthcare software solutions.

This role centers on requirements gathering, creation of technical specifications, testing, and governance, with accountability for budget and delivery quality. Bachelor’s degree and related Epic experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory/Healthy Planet plus others as listed.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, translate requirements to technical specs.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Work with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with matrix teams to document requirements, system specs, and testing attributes.
