Job summary

Washington State Department of Social and Health Services is seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst to join FTAA IT Application Development. Qualifications

Requires Epic certification and leadership of complex build efforts.
Experience configuring design and build activities across full Epic implementation lifecycle.
Ability to mentor analysts and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Be primary contact for assigned Epic applications; coordinate issues and user liaison.
Coordinate interfaces and legacy data conversions; work with non-Epic roles across domains.
Represent DSHS in inter-agency governance forums and Epic Technical Services.
Build and configure system master files, templates, and user security roles.
Lead cross-application scenarios and activation activities; ensure end-to-end operational accuracy.
