Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible Epic application analysis, configuration, and implementation with at least two years in a lead role.
• Epic Certification required; may certify in identified modules within 4 months after hire.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic EHR modules per approved design decisions.
• Translate workflows into precise build specifications reflecting program and end-user needs.
• Maintain build documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Lead sessions with clinical and program staff to elicit and validate requirements.
• Analyze current and future workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop test scripts, scenarios, and acceptance criteria for real-world use cases.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and review results for go-live readiness.
• Investigate and resolve configuration issues escalated from analysts; document root causes and resolutions.
