Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking a Senior Application Advisor - Managed Services to lead Epic EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for diverse Nordic clients. You will guide internal and customer teams, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will work on complex configurations, provide expert problem-solving, and participate in on-call rotations. The role requires Epic Grand Central, RTE, and Prelude certifications with extensive experience in

Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central, RTE and Prelude certifications are required or preferred.
• Five+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting Epic modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities essential for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Epic EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting for Nordic clients.
• Manage customer engagements and mentor Managed Services team members.
• Oversee onboarding, configurations, and process documentation for clients.
• Coordinate with internal and customer teams to reach timely resolutions.
