Job summary

Nordic Managed Services is seeking an Application Advisor for Professional Billing with Epic expertise to lead design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting for Nordic clients.

You will mentor team members, manage multiple complex customer engagements, document changes, and coordinate with IT, operations, and executives to ensure regulatory compliance and timely resolutions. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute PB certification is required for this role.
• 3+ years of direct Epic Professional Billing experience.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting of Epic Professional Billing across patient care and revenue workflows.
• Lead design, build, testing and validation of EHR configurations for Nordic clients.
• Manage multiple complex customer engagements with strong documentation and SLA adherence.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with internal and customer IT/operations teams.
