Job summary

Asante is seeking an Epic Analyst for the HB Team. The role designs, analyzes, develops, tests, and supports Epic applications, tailoring solutions with end users and coordinators to meet hospital specifications.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, 5+ years Epic experience, two Epic Certifications, and proficiency with MS Office. This remote, full-time position runs on Pacific Standard Time hours with a weekly on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent in education and/or experience is required.
• At least 5 years of collective experience as an Epic Associate Analyst and/or Epic Analyst, with a proven ability to analyze processes, solve problems, and contribute to the improvement of systems and solutions in a professional setting is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• The candidate is required to hold at least two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies across applications.
• Will be required to complete annual Epic recertification requirements (all levels).

Responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, develops, tests, implements, and/or provides tier two technical assistance of assigned system applications.
• Consults with Epic representatives, application coordinators, supervisors and end users to configure and build Epic software and applications.
• Troubleshoots problems, offers solutions and recommends a course of action to address end user needs.
• Develops and modifies procedures to solve complex data processing problems and/or prepare detailed specifications.
