Job summary

Asante is seeking an Epic Analyst to design, analyze, and implement Epic software for our healthcare organization. The role offers remote work with Pacific Standard Time business hours and a commitment to on-call support rotation.

Candidates should have an associate-level degree or higher and at least one year of healthcare-related experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Epic reporting tools such as RWB and Slicer Dicer.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required for the Associate Epic Analyst level.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare related experience in hospital/clinic settings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, develop, test, implement Epic applications and related systems.
• Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide tier two technical assistance, including on-call rotations.
