Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to deliver expert support and configuration for assigned applications, while training and mentoring junior analysts. You will collaborate with customers across the organization to maximize tool adoption and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, managing system changes, and ensuring high availability and quality delivery of applications. Budget and project management input is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of IT experience.
• 2-3 years of experience conducting build as an Epic Analyst.
• Experience supporting large scale clinical, ancillary or business environments.
• Expert ability to troubleshoot system problems and engineer expert solutions with IT customers and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to apply them to large scale system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level support and configuration of assigned applications.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and support customers at all organizational levels.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and manage changes within related IT teams.
• Ensure high level administration and availability of applications.
• Contribute to budget projections and project management for successful delivery.
